We charge a call out fee that covers the plumber travelling to your property and 1 hour’s labour. After the first hour, we will charge you in 15 minute increments.

Normally once the plumber arrives at your home or rented property if he can’t fix the plumbing problem within the first hour we would give you a quote or an estimated time of how long the job might take, so you can get an idea of what the final cost of the plumbing service might be.
